This morning I didn't know what to have for breakfast. I woke up with a fuzzy head and a grumbling stomach. I wanted something quick and easy but still packed full of healthy goodness. This is the first time I've made this breakfast before and it was so delicious I just had to share it with you. I took 1/2 cup of Organic Chia Seeds from MyProtein, 2 cups of Alpro Almond Milk and a handful of Organic Blue Berries. I added them all to a maison jar, gave them a quick stir and let them soak whilst I jumped in the shower. The mix forms a pudding consistency as the chia seeds soak up the milk. If you have a sweet tooth you could add a touch of Coconut Sugar. I enjoyed mine just as they were.
