SUMMER SKINCARE

With summer fast approaching and holiday season about to kick off I wanted to share my summer skincare routine with my readers and give you all an insight into what my daily skin routine consists of.

It's been nearly one year since I began using Spiezia Organics and I have genuinely seen a transformation in my skin, but before I go any further, I want to clarify that this blog post isn't an add, or me trying to force you into buying skincare products; it's simply me sharing my skincare regime and offering up the question, do you really know what's in your skin care?

For a few years now I have been trying to make a conscious effort to use natural and organic skincare products. Products that won't harm my skin or the environment, which ultimately lead me to team up with Made For Life by Spiezia Organics. Their skin loving products are made in Cornwall and only contain natural, skin friendly ingredients. You won't find a single microbead in any of their products and they also don't contain any synthetic chemicals including parabens. If you don't already know, these chemicals harm your skin and have even been linked to cancer, which begs the questions, why would you want to rub something into your skin which could damage you on the inside and out?

Skincare has always been important to me, I spend a lot of my time out in the elements and more time in front of the camera, meaning I have to take extra care when looking after my skin - especially during the summer months.

Every day I cleanse, tone and hydrate my skin, I wear a high level of SPF daily, to help prevent sun damage and also lessen my hyper-pigmentation. I drink lots of water and take a range of vitamins and supplements to keep my body happy and nutritionally balanced.

This is how I start and end every day. These four products are AMAZING!

Step 1 - DAILY CLEANSING BALM

Step 2 - REPLENISH & CLARIFY TONER

Step 3 - DAILY REJUVENATING FACE OIL

Step 4 - AGE WELL INTENSIVE MOISTURISING BALM
