Aluna Cocktails X Tom Thumb

This week I not only got to go to my favourite cocktail bar in Newquay Tom Thumb but I also got to drink my favourite coconut based rum, Aluna. For the past few months I have been enjoying Aluna at home or on the beach which has been lovely but it was great to get the chance to learn some new flavour combinations from Jamie and Tom Thumb.

I got the chance to make three Aluna based cocktails that are now on offer at Tom Thumb. Kicking off the Aluna Cocktail evening is my all time favourite indulgent treat, an Espresso Martini.

I want to say a huge thank you to Jamie at Tom Thumb for allowing me behind the bar and teaching me some of the tricks of the cocktail trade and Aluna for creating the most delicious coconut rum!

If you love a delicious cocktail you need to head to Tom Thumb, the guys know their stuff and only stock the best of the best!
