SELF CARE

Learning to slow down isn't easy - well for me anyway. I naturally function at quite a fast pace and seem to thrive on high pressure, well at least that's what I think anyway. However, as I get older and hopefully a little wiser I am trying to find the balance between work and non-work life. I'm trying to find more time for self-care. Instead of working every evening and weekend I am consciously deciding to do more for myself.

I am sure we all need to invest in self-care more and detach ourselves from work, worries and stresses. With the weekend upon me, I intend on doing more of what I love and focus on clearing my mind and de-stressing my body and here is exactly what I intend on doing.




S T E P  O N E - P A M P E R

For me, self-care starts with nourishing my skin. I love a "pamper" night, afternoon or morning. Dedicating even just one hour over the weekend to non stop indulgence. Since teaming up with Living Sea Therapy I am lucky enough to have access to all of their luxurious products.

Nothing clears my head like getting out in the fresh air and there is something extra special about the Cornish sea air. 




S T E P  T H R E E - T E A  &  A  G O O D  B O O K

   Sitting in a stuffy coffee shop isn't top of my list of ways to relax. Especially if the weather is lovely. I would always opt for a flask on the beach with a good book.
